Welcome to Remainly's online service (the "Service"). The Service is an online service that, through information videos, gives you guidance based on what are common and / or psychologically recognized techniques. The Service is offered by Parweb Scandinavia AB ("Remainly", "we", "us").
These Terms of Use (collectively referred to as the "Terms") set the legally binding terms that apply when you (the “User”, “you”) use the Service, regardless of how you access and / or use it, whether through PC, mobile devices or in another way. Please keep in mind that the Terms constitute an agreement between you and us and define what rights and responsibilities you and we have with respect to the Service.
It is important that you read and understand the terms. By registering with the Service you confirm that you have read and understand the Terms and that you agree to be bound by the Terms.
THE SERVICE IS NOT, IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, INTENDED TO BE USED IN ACUTE MEDICAL OR PSYCHIC / PSYCHIATRIC EMERGENCIES - If you are in such a situation, we strongly recommend that you call the local emergency number where you are or visit an emergency room.

To use the Service, you must first register by creating a user profile (“User Profile”). You undertake to state correct and complete information when registering the User Profile, and to keep the information updated.
You are obliged to keep the login information safe in such a way that no one but yourself has access to it. You immediately must change the password if it is lost or you are made aware that others have gained access to it and you shall immediately inform us about any unauthorized use of or access to your User Profile. Your membership is personal and cannot be transferred to or used by anyone else.
Remainly may refuse individuals to create a User Profile, delete existing User Profiles, or otherwise limit the use of the Service if Remainly believes there is reasonable cause for doing so. Examples of such factual grounds are:
Use of the Service
You may only use the Service for its intended purposes, i.e. taking video lessons and guided activities together with your partner with the goal of improving your relationship. You are obligated to comply with Swedish law and all other applicable laws and regulatory requirements when using the Service. The Service is for non-commercial use only. You may not use the Service for posting, transmitting or otherwise distributing illegal or improper material, such as obscene, pornographic, racist, terrorist or politically slanted material. You furthermore agree to ensure that you will not contribute to destructive activities such as dissemination of viruses, spam or any other activity that might harm the Service, Remainly or other users in any way; and not use programming codes or commands when communicating in the Service.
You have the opportunity to participate directly in the Service e.g. by writing in the Couple log and we might make other product changes, for example, adding the possibility to upload pictures. Content that you submit yourself to the Service will only be made available to you and your partner and will be referred to below as "User Generated Content". Note that Remainly does not preview User Generated Content before it is made available to you or your partner. You will at all times remain responsible for content that is uploaded or posted under your user Profile. Even though only you and your partner have access to your User Generated Content, you are still responsible for not uploading content that contains personally sensitive information. By uploading User Generated Content to the Service, you warrant that you are entitled to upload and post the User Generated Content and that your uploading/posting does not infringe any third party's intellectual property rights and that it does not violate any applicable law. If you publish User Generated Content which we, in our sole discretion, find indecent, abusive or offensive, we may delete such User Generated Content and terminate your User Profile.
We maintain the right to use the content published by you in the Services (as described in the section about User Generated Content) and data derived from your use of the Service, in an anonymized, consolidated and aggregated manner to improve, develop and modify the Service and to market our services and products.
The Service may use and integrate with third party services or websites or provide links to such services. Remainly is not responsible for any third party services, the information they provide or their negligent actions or omissions. You are responsible for the security of your own devices, systems, login information and actions.
Third party services or websites might discontinue integration, or not support the use of the Service in connection with their services or products and/or might charge additional fees for the use of the functions you access. You agree that you are fully responsible for such fees and that we do not assume any responsibilities or liabilities in relation to such third-party services or websites or regarding the Service’s possibility to integrate with such third-party services or websites.
When using the Service, you will receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. Any use of the Service other than as specifically authorized herein, without the prior written permission from us, is strictly prohibited and will automatically terminate the license granted herein. These Terms do not transfer any rights to ownership of the Service. All rights, ownership, interests, including and without limitation any copyright, any patent, trade secret or other intellectual property right in the Service, shall remain our sole property or our licensors. The same applies to the underlying software code for the Service. Such material and information cannot be used otherwise than within the framework of normal use of the Service.
The Service may contain content provided by a third party. Such content may be protected by copyright, trademark or another right covered by law. You agree to abide by and maintain all copyright and other legal notices, information, and restrictions contained in any such content you access.
You agree that the contract you have entered into with Remainly by agreeing to the Terms may be wholly or partially transferred to a third party by Remainly.
Remainly has the right to change the content of the Service or these Terms of Use from time to time and the newest applicable version will be posted on the website. However, to the extent that we make significant changes that require your consent, we will obtain your consent before the change takes effect.
You agree to indemnify us for any claim, including but not limited to attorney’s fees, made by a third party for or through your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Service, or your violation of any law or violation of any third party's rights. Nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to exclude or limit your liability with respect to the indemnity you provide under these Terms.
Our failure to exercise a right under these Terms shall not constitute or be deemed a waiver or loss of such right or waiver or loss of such right in the future. If, for any reason, any provision under these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable in a court or quorum, the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

Notwithstanding the above, we always have the right to immediately suspend or restrict access to the Service, if the Service harms or risks to harm us or other parties. In such cases, we shall promptly notify you that access to the Service has been suspended or restricted in any respect.
We reserve the right to directly limit the use of or access to the Service and to block or restrict your access to the Service, at any time, for any reason and without prior notice or liability, if such use or access constitutes or may constitute a violation of the Terms in general or of any applicable local or international laws, rules or regulations or a risk of harming our trademarks, goodwill or reputation.
Any fault or bugs in the Service or other malfunctions in the Service or on Remainly's website, www.remainly.com can be reported to our customer service at contact@remainly.com.
All the information, text, pictures, video and other content provided by us in the Service are intended to make it better and safer to be together as a couple or as fellow human beings. Your access to and use of the Service is at your own risk. By using the Service, you understand and agree that the Service is made available, to the extent allowed under applicable law, to you on an "as is" and "as it appears" basis, without any representations or warranties of any kind, expressed or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, quiet enjoyment, or non-infringement. We do not leave any warranties, whether expressed or implied, that the Service will;
We do not warrant the accuracy, timeliness, reliability, truthfulness, or completeness of any information obtained through the Services. No information, whether oral or written, will create any warranty or representation not expressly made herein. Your use of the Service is at your own risk and account. Through your use thereof, to the extent allowed under law, you waive all rights to claim damages as result of your use or our failure to provide the Service in a satisfying manner.
The Service should be used as a starting point for reflection and conversations with people around you. If you or your partner experience difficulties individually or in a couple relationship, it is important to seek competent help. This Service cannot replace a good therapist or other health services. Remainly is intended as a supplement and aid for normally well-functioning people who can take care of themselves. Remainly cannot be responsible for ensuring that all exercises, texts or reports are suitable for everyone using the Service. If the Service is not right for you or your partner, quit it immediately and seek professional help. This is especially true for people who have or have had difficulty: e.g. where there has been violence, substance abuse, where some of the parties have suffered neglect or trauma, or where some of the parties have mental disorders. The content of Remainly should only be used as general information and you must consider what recommendations and advice you find advisable to follow. Everyone has their own responsibility to treat themselves and their fellow human beings in an ethically sound manner.
You should not use the Service in medical or mental / psychiatric crisis situations, and Remainly assumes no responsibility for such use of the Service or other use of the Service in violation of these Terms.
Limitation of Liability
We assume no responsibility for any damage, loss, or injury resulting from disruptions or malfunctions in the Service, nor from hacking, tampering, or other unauthorized access or use of the Service, unless required by applicable laws and regulations. To the extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations, we and our subsidiaries, consultants, psychologists, affiliates, employees, partners and licensees shall be free from liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages resulting from:
We accept no responsibility for the end-result of using the Service, and using any methods or tips provided in the Service is at the User’s own responsibility and risk. Users are therefore aware that we are not responsible for any outcome of using the methods and tips we provide in the Service.
These Terms shall be construed in accordance with and governed by Swedish law.
If a dispute arises between us, you have the right to have your matter brought in front of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (“ARN”) free of charge.
